Director of Operations

Emily has registry experience both as the Operations Coordinator and a Quality Assurance Specialist. Emily strives for excellence in both her work and in supporting you.

Carlie McKinney

Professional Development Specialist II

Carlie served 3 years as an AmeriCorps Vista in three states. Before joining the MiRegistry team, she spent 5 years working in Out of School Time programs. Carlie believes in the importance of having quality professional development opportunities and the role trainers play within the field of childhood care and education.

Issaka Aguirre

Professional Development Support Specialist

Issaka comes from a 7-year background in customer service and administrative management, with prior experience in childcare both as a nanny and volunteer. She believes that we all benefit when childcare providers receive support and opportunities for professional development.

Emily Morrison-Weeks

Intake Specialist II

Emily spent 8 years teaching preschool and school-age children in regular classrooms, Reggio Emilia-inspired, and children’s theatre settings. She believes that when early childhood professionals are supported, they can offer more in their work with children.

Sara McNallie

Data Verification Specialist II

Sara has a degree in Sociology and a background working with local non-profits. She recognizes the importance of positive adults and role models in children’s lives. She believes that child care professionals play an integral role in raising the next generation.
