Setting up an Organization Profile is free and highly recommended for Direct Care Programs (Early Childhood and Out of School Time Programs) to support their staff and manage their records. Learn more about setting up your Organization Profile.

Organizations that offer training are also recommended to set up a Training Sponsor Organization Profile to schedule training and publicly display events on our Statewide Training Calendar.

Steps to create an Organization Profile:

Create or login to your MiRegistry Account.
Click the Add Organization Profile button and set up your profile.
The provided information will be reviewed and verified.

Training Sponsors

MiRegistry supports training sponsor organizations in providing quality professional development opportunities to the Early Childhood and School-Age workforce. Organizations that offer training are encouraged to become an approved Training Sponsor Organization (TSO).

These organizations may include:

Great Start to Quality Resource Centers
Professional Associations
Colleges and Universities
Intermediate School Districts

Approved training sponsor organizations can participate in online registration and contribute to the statewide training calendar, with training events that qualify as approved in provider learning records.

Set up a MiRegistry Organization Profile for your Early Childhood or Out of School Time Program! A MiRegistry Organization Profile gives you access to:

View, manage, and track staff training logs.
Save time with less duplication! Licensing Consultants and Great Start to Quality Validators are able to access your staff qualification and training records.
Utilize data to support your staff with professional development planning.

Approved direct care programs can also register staff members for training using the statewide training calendar.

Setting up an Organization Profile is free and highly recommended for Direct Care Programs (Early Childhood and Out of School Time Programs) to support their staff and manage records. Organizations that support the field by offering training should also consider setting up an Organization Profile and become a Training Sponsor Organization.

We highly recommend viewing all of the resources available to give you a good idea of the tools you can access through an Organization Profile and how to get started setting up your Organization Profile. Here is a brief overview of how to set up an Organization Profile:

To create an organization profile, you will first need to create an individual account.
Once this account is created, login to your profile and click the button on the right that says Add Organization Profile.
On the next page, click the button that says New Profile. This will start the process of creating a new organization profile.

We recommend using the resources available to you on the Managing an Organization Profile resource page. There you will find support guides about how you can manage the Employees tab and send employees invitations to update their employment accordingly.

Here is a brief overview of how an a employee can add your organization as their current employer in their Individual Profile:

Log into MiRegistry.
Click the Employment tab.
Click the Edit Employment button.
Click Add Position.
Select the appropriate category (Most likely Direct Care and Education Programs).
Search for the employer by title, location, license number or organization ID and add it as the current employer.

If you have access to an Organization Profile, you can find the Organization ID number listed at the top of your Organization Profile. The Organization ID number can also be found by anyone listed as an employee of your organization with the following steps:

Login to MiRegistry.
Click the Employment tab.
Click the blue “i” icon to the left of the organization’s name.
The Organization ID will be listed in the box that appears.
